"My central Air broke & although I paid for PSEG worry free service they did not help & it was not COVERED. They said I needed a new unit. I waited until spring & had several estimates and this was great. They came on time for install & estimate. Chris was easy to deal with. They did it relatively easily & were cooperative & pleasant. I chose them due to reviews & the other 3 one was much cheaper but terrible reviews another much more expensive wanting to do much more work & a third seeming he had adhd. I was very happy with this business."

When I called gogreen they said they will fix the issue 99% of the time on service call. Indeed they repaired my furnace replacing the parts. Best part 1.They care for you. 2.They explain the issue. 3.They followup even after service. 4.On time. 5.They are not leaning on replacing your furnace or system unless the customer wants to. 6.They don't charge saying it's overtime accommodating the request of the customer to fix late in the evening. "When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."
