So now, as the Home Depot windows begin to fail, I have returned to Castle to replace (for the second time) two dormer windows. The initial consult representative, the follow-up measurement professional and the installation crew all showed up on time; they were courteous and professional; they did a great job. It cost us a lot of money...But I don't even care anymore. My goal is to NOT have to re-do jobs year after year after year. I know that those dormer windows (and the four others on the first floor, from the '90s) will never be on my "to do" list again."
