We needed repair to the house due to a branch spearing the back of it. His quote was reasonable and he was willing to come on Monday. The repairs were finished in a short time. My son thought to ask about our upper deck railing and the front board that was bad on the lower deck. Again we were given a reasonable quote and the work was done that day. To my surprise he replaced all three sides of the lower deck and added shoring. For the upper deck he enclosed the corners and it looks amazing. "4 yrs ago they sub contracted a flooring guy who installed flooring incorrectly?.the flooring is cracking but because of faulty installation the warranty is voided. Steve at Kephas was responsible for prepping that floor before installation?..flooring guy was pissed they didn?t have it ready so just made due.
