"Did not stand behind their work. Removed the toilet to fix a partial clog. Verbally guaranteed the work. They did not replace the toilet properly resulting in leaking that required a second service call for which they charged full price. When I requested a more reasonable charge I was threatened with a lien against my property. I don't recommend them and we won't be return customers."

"Pro did a terrible job--did not communicate at all. No word was mentioned that he would not be able to polish the back splash. He made a mess and did not attempt to clean it up--he should have taped plastic around work zone. Their management did not return texts, calls, nor emails to rectify. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN"
