"George was super helpful over the phone determining the right water heating solution for our home, was highly communicative and transparent throughout the process, and made quick work of the installation of our electric water heater. Would highly recommend to other folks in Seattle in need of a water heater upgrade!"

"Received the best quote compared to other bids I received...same price as everyone else but I got a full furnace and duct work done...basically a new system along with a tankless water heater for the same price as other company! Snow storm hit and went out of their way to ensure we had workers and appointment was kept! Highly recommended!"

"They were fantastic. Jared and Jake were very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond when replacing our water heater. The previous owners of the house installed the old water heater poorly. These guys not only replaced the water heater, but fixed all the piping and attachments as well. I’d definitely hire this company again for any plumbing issues."

"Jesse came out to replace our hot water heater. He was professional, skilled, patient, and friendly. I would gladly hire him again!"

"My technician arrived at 9:00 am and did not leave my home until 6:00 pm. He installed a new water heater, removed my old water heater and fixed a hot water leak under my home. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!!!!! After the work was complete he performed a complete clean up of his work area. I will need some electrical work done in the future and HARTS will also be doing that work. They are professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable on the work they perform. THEY HAVE MADE ME A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE."

"Great work, very quick response and very helpful in getting to the issue to be solved. Replaced water heater. Will be using their services again in the future."

"Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and personable. No nonsense sales tactics. Very easy to understand. Strait forward and will give you a great experience. Water heater works great, and visually has stunning work."

"Our tankless electric water heater stopped working after a little over a year. After having several companies come out, we called Mast Plumbing & Mechanical. Ned, the owner, came out, looked everything over, and took the time to explain what was happening. He recommended switching from a tankless to a traditional tank water heater and explained the pros and cons of electric tankless systems. He even showed us information online about how the approximately 38-degree water coming from our pump house was affecting the system's ability to heat the water fast enough. Ned was less expensive than the other three companies we contacted and made the entire process easy. He was knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. If you want a fair price, great service, and a job done right, we highly recommend Mast Plumbing & Mechanical. We have Ned's number saved and will definitely call him for all our future plumbing needs! 360-761-9515"

"Robert was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was early for the scheduled appointment and was able to flush out my water tank in a timely fashion. He also fixed my bathroom sink without charge! He was extremely kind and curteous. I will be working with Robert for my home needs moving forward. High recommend!"
