"It went very well. The consultant came out the next day we called and we figured out the ductless system was the way to go for our log home. The old system was not working as it should and we just bought this home and didn’t want to keep putting money in and old system that wasn’t up to date for the square footage. The installers we very good at there job and very nice. We recommend them 100 %. Great job and very happy with it. Have had it for a month now and such a warm house now. "Top notch install and customer service."

"Very pleased with overall install. Great communication and very timely with overall work. Gerald called the following day to see if there were any issues or questions I might have. I would recommend this company for your AC/Heating project."

"OUTSTANDING JOB, REPLACED MY OLD CENTRAL AIR CONDITION SYSTEM."

"T&J Service installed a beautiful new Trane system at my home in Fairfax on May 14, 2024. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who has been using them for many years. Without a doubt, Diep and Tran are the most highly-skilled HVAC professionals that I have encountered in over 40 years. This was a very large, complex system to install and they got it done in one day. These are some of the hardest working, most dedicated guys that I've ever seen! I absolutely love my new Trane system. They even custom made a beautiful plenum for my air handler --handcrafted out of stainless steel (Diep is also a skilled metal craftsman). 5 STARS"

"The company was very responsive, followed up after initial estimate visit, but did not push. Installers Glen and Marcus were personable, explained issues they encountered. A misunderstanding on my part regarding the final payment was handled very professionally. Most importantly, I am really enjoying having hot water at a moment's notice! I would recommend them highly."

"Switchback Building was great! They did an amazing job on our basement!"

"The driver arrived in a large SUV (though we had discussed a sedan) because he thought we would be more comfortable in a larger car.  He was polite and professional and helpful.  The ride was nice and quick - and we arrived at Dulles without any problems.
I will definitely use the service again and would recommend to others.
