"I hired Black Rhino Custom to renovate my kitchen and replace the floors in the kitchen, main floor living space and hallways. From the first meeting with Austin and his team I was at ease, they made suggestions, listened to what I wanted and did not try to upsell. When they returned with samples for flooring, countertops and cabinets – they brought choices based on our original discussions. I could not be happier with the finished product, The Black Rhino team is professional and respectful of my home and my time. They showed up when promised, the estimated prices were adhered to and the quality of the products installed is as discussed and promised. Sure there were bumps in the timeline but Austin and his team smoothed out the issues and made things right and to my satisfaction. Sure stuff can happen during a renovation/remodel but Austin controlled what he could. Before hiring this team I did my research on the internet and called the references supplied by Black Rhino when I requested. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
