"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

He was able to coordinate the printing of blueprints, so I could pay for them and have them sent to my home, since he lived a distance away. "Everything went great.  Antonio and his workers were respectful of my home and family.  They took care not to damage anything when removing the old shingles and made sure everyone was safe when entering or leaving the house.  I even saw them using magnets to make sure they picked up any nais that were on the ground.  Installation of the new roof was quick.  Antonio also took the time to answer my questions about the flashing and my existing gutters.  I couldn't be happier with how it all went.  Great price and great service."

He then stripped the clapboards to bare wood, replaced broken clapboards as well as soft wood behind some of them, before applying 3 coats of paint to the entire house. Phil told us up front that he took his time to do it right and would not be applying paint within three days of it raining., to ensure there would be no moisture under the paint.
