"I was contacted about repairing my washer. The techs came out the day I called, diagnosed the problem, returned with the part the following week. It had to be ordered. Not only did they repair my washer, they helped me with the dryer. They were polite, helpful, and good senses of humor. I think it was a bit expensive, but was worth the prompt and professional service."

"Very happy with the service! Quick, professional and friendly. My washing machine was repaired perfectly. Highly recommended!"

"Sammy Appliance Repair did an excellent job in fixing my whirlpool ultimate II electric dryer. They told me exactly what was was wrong, what they would do, and how much it would cost. They were true to their word. They showed up on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with their service and wouldn’t recommend them to my friends."

"Great service! FixPro Appliance Services came on time, diagnosed my oven issue quickly, and fixed it the same day. The technician was polite, professional, and honest about the repair. My oven works perfectly now. Highly recommend!"

"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"Great service. Arrived on time and expert technician. Accommodated my schedule and came sooner than they wanted to. Knew his way around the washer and likely other appliances. Lower price than all others. Will definitely hire again."

"Quick, professional, and honest. Fixed my washer/dryer fast and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."
