"We asked Tri-Pups to make it look like our side entrance was never there.  We wanted the siding on the house to blend in, the new wood flooring that replaced the stairs to match the rest of the wood, the new baseboards to match, etc.  And they did just that!  When we tell people there used to be an entrance there, they have to see the pictures to believe it.  It looks amazing!  We were really impressed by the wood floors - you can't tell the new flooring from the old.   <br /> <br /> We've used (and continue to use) Tri-Pups for all our home repair/maintenance/upgrade needs.  We were initially referred to them by someone putting gutter guards on our home.  They served with Tri-Pups on the local chamber of commerce.  Tri-Pups first project for us was building a fence in our backyard.  They did a great job, so we just kept hiring them.  So far we've had them build a fence, install ceiling fans, re-grout a shower, install baby locks, fix a toilet, fix an outdoor electrical outlet, add a door lock to a sliding door, build custom baby gates.... <br /> <br /> They always show up on time, explain what they are doing, do the work and clean up.  They always leave the space they are working in cleaner than what they found it. <br /> <br /> Everyone on the team is friendly, easy to talk to and we just feel comfortable with them.  Since their team is so small, we know everyone on a first name basis.  It's very comforting knowing you can come and go while they are working in the house and not feel at all worried.  While their competitors may have lower prices, Tri-Pups will not sacrifice quality.  Chris is very detailed (along with Debbie and everyone else) with his work.  If he's putting his name on it, it will be done correctly.  This is one of the many benefits of working with a small business - the owners are only as good as their reputation and Tri-Pups takes their reputation very seriously.    <br />"

"The owner, Bruce McIntyre, personally reviewed the job and gave us an estimate that was exactly the job cost. He also performed the work with an assistant. They protected the carpet on our stairway and cleaned up after the job was done. Bruce seems knowledgeable about insulation and was slightly less expensive then the other company that bid the job. He saw that we used the attic for storage and suggested a way to fully insulate it but keep a storage space, something the other company did not do. Some of the cost above was to build the platform to accomplish this as well as to correct an incorrectly routed bathroom vent. After the job was done, we noticed an immediate improvement in the temperature of the house."
