"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I hired Mister Sparky Company to install my Garage Lamps and to install a Surge Protector in my home. The Electrician named Brandon Hunt did an Outstanding Job!! I will definitely call and use their services again in the future."

"I couldn’t be happier with the service! He is always on time, stays until the job is truly finished, and communicates clearly if there ever needs to be a change to the schedule. You can tell he is genuinely passionate about what he does. What I appreciate most is that he treats your yard like it’s his own. He takes his time, pays attention to the overall look and cut of the yard, and genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life. He doesn’t just show up, cut the grass, and leave. He takes pride in making sure the finished product looks right."

"I had Pro Tech repair two pieces of wooden furniture. They were very cordial and professional. They worked very hard when they were here and treated my furniture very carefully. Both pieces look MUCH better than before!! Although this is the only service I used them for, I believe their specialty is HVAC and I would try them for that if I had the need."

"Very good service very personable"

"Great quick service. A little pricey"

"I was away from home and my daughter handled this; however, she said he was very professional and had a fair service call price. I have to replace my dishwasher. Was so glad to find A-Fair Appliance Service as not many appliance companies repair Bosch. I replaced my Bosch with a Bosch. I would use this company again."

"Went very well.  The attention to detail was much appreciated!  The work was promised within a certain time period which was met and done with care.  Would recommend services to friends!

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Incredibly responsive. Same price as the big service companies but whereas it was going to take Sears 2 weeks to make the visit it took Douglas 6 hours. Good service. Highly recommended."
