Very clean job site. Reasonable price. A communication breakdown, however, drops my rating from five stars to four. Without advance notice or agreement, TWF billed me for work outside the contract (replaced decorative stones and landscaping fabric moved to accommodate the construction project). $250 for about a half hour's work by a laborer on site for another purpose who had completed his other duties. I am happy to pay for good work, and generously tip workers who deserve it -- which I did. But I resent surprises and unreasonable markups."

We were worried about coordinating exterminator and final repairs, but luckily both companies were wonderful to work with!! Though the source of a leak (that has not happened again) could not be found, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, taking time to explain how potential trouble spots should be repaired to prevent leaks in the future. He also was very honest and helped me understand that what I thought was a faulty faucet was simply water splashing up and did not need repair or replacement. The cut and cap that he did on the old laundry tub was very neatly and professionally done. I would definitely recommend and will contact them again when I need plumbing work done."

"There were issues like a portion of pipe under the sink that needed fixed as well as re-doing some of the valving that was leaking water. The guys also didn't have part with them and had to go out and purchase what they needed to do the job correctly. They also had some issue with reverse osmosis system due to the complicated set up. However they figured it out and the job was done in about 4 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up. Even helped put things back under the kitchen sink that had to be removed so that they could install the RO system and do the other plumbing work."
