"The price was completely out of our budget -- despite what we stated we were able to pay. Additionally, we received 3 other estimates that were 40% cheaper that what Empire could offer AND included materials to cover our problematic stairs -- which Empire suggested staining to match the laminate."

"Top Notch Carpets is aptly named! David provides top quality service in both responsiveness and work ethic. I'm extremely happy with the product and with David's time and energy he devoted to my project. I would definitely recommend him for your carpet needs and I would hire him again as well!"

"Our WS Flooring experience was fantastic! Wayne Settle paid close attention to all the details for a quality installation. He also took the time necessary trying to locate materials that matched our existing wood flooring. Exact color matched flooring materials were not available, so he took raw wood samples, hand stained the samples with different stains, showed us the results, then we selected the perfect color match. The end result was excellent, and we were extremely satisfied. Outstanding performance Wayne... Thank you!"

"We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed throughout the house, and the results are flawless. The installers were professional and respectful of our home. Great experience overall."

"The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."

"I had the pleasure of working with PHF to install new floors and refinish my old ones. They have an amazing customer service, an work ethic, and leave you with a stunning product at a very fair price! I will not allow anyone else to handle my floors. Their craftsmanship is so superb, that we admire our floors everyday single day! IMHO, they are the best in NoVa!"

"Great experience. Teresa was easy to work with during the initial conversations. Camilo and the team did a great job onsite. They came as expected, the work was done efficiently. As with any large project, there were some details that I asked them to correct and they did so as asked. Pricing was competitive and they stuck with the original contracted price - no surprises at the end. I'd recommend them highly as being trustworthy and honest + good workmanship."

"The crew worked quickly and efficiently while cleaning up as they progressed. Because it was a Saturday morning, everyone was home, but they did not interfere with the flow of activities that day. Floor Medic removed 3 rooms of old carpeting and installed 3 rooms of new carpeting in less than 4 hours."

"Frank and team did a wonderful job with our kitchen remodel. They showed up when expected, very communicative, and provided quality work. They did not hesitate to reach out for questions on design and were very responsive to our questions concerns. I would definitely work with DIY again."

"We had Flood Crew out to help when our hot water heater broke. Bill and his crew were great! From the water remediation to installing a whole new floor in the basement, the crew took care of every step. These are some of the hardest working guys I’ve ever seen! And they don’t play around, they get the job done. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. Thanks a million, Bill & crew! ???"
