Wayne Settle came out as scheduled, looked at the space, measured it, had us choose the flooring, and then gave us a price. He brought the materials out to sit for a week before installation inside the house to avoid expansion or shrinking because of the temperature or humidly change after delivery. He scheduled the installation on the first mutually agreeable day after the week, a Thursday.

In deference to our preference for not getting up extremely early (we are retired) he set the arrival time for 9 a.m., and he and two other workmen (one a workman, one a workwoman) arrived about 10 minutes early. They set to work immediately and efficiently, moving the last heavy pieces of furniture to one side of the room and then the other as they worked, as agreed. They had the bedroom finished and ready to sleep in by the time they left that afternoon, and returned at 9 the next morning to do the hall. The job is beautiful, with every corner perfectly finished, and Wayne without a reminder deducted the cost of flooring the closets, a change we had not requested until after the flooring was ordered.

All three were very friendly and pleasant, as quiet as people using power tools can be, and willing to put up with a large and noisy dog. We felt the cost was very reasonable for more than 10 hours of work by three people, and they could not have been more responsive. Wayne cheerfully concluded the job by fixing a badly-hung door that hadn't worked well in more than 20 years. We were more than happy that we had found such good people through Angie's List!

"Wayne and his crew did an amazing job on my kitchen floor. They arrived on time and was very professional. He noticed a few issues and made me aware of them and fixed them. "Quoted 1 price then pricing rises due to wood shortage beyond my control. Been trying to contact via phone and text about a leaking drain spout which was put on in 2 pieces vice 1 single piece which he sad they would replace due to the leak in the middle of the drain where pieces are connected, in addition to leaving old sod due to the digging and saying that it would be removed and seeding wherever the wood damaged the grass..none of these things were taken care of by them. When it came time to paint the path cover to match the siding he brought paint pallets I picked out the color in the pallet and it was 100% a different color. I took a piece of the siding to McCormick paint which they should have done and had to pay to get another 2 five gallons of paint.. I have been trying to reach Camilo via text and call to address the issues in addition they were to do an insection 2 months after and I'm getting no response. Its sad because the patio cover is quite nice but the lack of response is terrible."

"Kdk did a great job renovating our half bath into a full handicap bathroom. They installed a handicap toliet and shower, tile, flooring, lights. It has been great for my father in law who had a very hard time getting up and down the stairs to take a shower. He was very professional, outgoing, and finished in a timely manner. It was a lot of work but they did excellent work. I am very satisfied with the work and I am looking forward to working with them for future renovations.

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"What a great company! From the moment I messaged her here on Angie's List, I received quick responses. Maureen and Faron not only provided us with some great samples from which to choose, but they also helped us stay inside our insurance company's budget. They even suggested (and we happily purchased) a beautiful and very low cost ceramic tile for the entrance to collect high traffic.
The estimate and the work were done promptly. I plan on having more flooring done soon, and I will certainly be hiring Kendall again.
