"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The service was great. Wayne was a perfectionist and was very detail oriented. He transformed the yard into a much nicer looking landscape. Actually, it made the house look like a newer house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of service."

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
