"It was okay expect for the waits for service okay when I called they said well we don't have any opening until end of March I think or early April and I don't I have any opening until sometime in May. He just came out and did an estimate and see what else I needed and he was very unhappy with the task that I told him I needed done, but I refuse to back down because that is what I needed so he did it he brought a [06:16] and I don't know how much of it he did because I wasn't able to get around enough to get in the crowd spaces in the attic. He did get the front door to stop binding it was impossible to lock and unlock and that was fine the other thing he did was patch the hole in the drywall and I think he did a [11;07]  job if I had be more mobile and able to pay more attention I would have told him it's not an acceptable way to do. What he did was take some patch and put it over the hole in the drywall see for that patched in was I wanted the original structure fixed."

"Mark L. did a great job repairing my front steps. He got back to me right away and scheduled a time to examine the steps and give me an estimate. I had had them repaired by other masons twice before only to have the bricks start coming loose within two years. Mark was able to diagnose the source of the problem and come up with a detailed proposal and estimate within 24 hours. I had been waiting for weeks for two other masons to provide me with their estimates which were actually a bit higher than the one Mark provided. He got on the job right away and removed all the old brick work and the underlying cement that had deteriorated so badly. Then he took careful measurements, constructed forms, and formed new concrete to provide me with a level and even foundation. Next he went to a quarry and selected the best blue stone he could find and sliced five big slabs to go on top of the repaired foundation. "Phase 1 rep first worked up yard plan in fall 2008, but construction on new addition and funds tight. We liked them enough to ask them to return in fall 2009. Rep amenable to dividing the job into phases. Designer and rep came up with interesting, unique approaches. Rep on site frequently and worked with project manager to adapt ideas to realities of installation. Very happy with final product. Phase 2 brought new rep, Shannon Reed, who worked with original plan and adapted it freely to fit our budget. We also had a deadline--a graduation party on June 11. Shannon emailed daily and kept up great communication. He had great ideas and worked with designer on a great combination of hardscape and plantings. When first budget presented overshot our budget, he adjusted freely, without compromising integrity of design. He is a friendly, eager to please person, and we enjoyed working with him. Installation team was professional and detailed, always leaving job in clean condition, even when not finished. "Poor experience, resulting in rotten wood being put up, gates that did not close properly, and fence posts that were not evenly spaced. When we complained we were told we were difficult customers. They eventually fixed the rotten wood but the posts could not be fixed and were told it was our fault because we did not know to ask that fence posts be evenly spaced. (Silly us - we assumed they'd do it right the first time since this is their profession and we've never installed a fence before!)"
