The workers drive a fully stocked company van so were able to complete the job the day I received my troubleshooting and quote. Company name and phone number are proudly advertised on van. Geremii, (owner) you have a terrific business and answered all of my questions so I was never in the dark about the work that was done. I recommend them to everyone!"

"Jose came out to trouble my 6 year old water heater which stopped heating and would not respond to my efforts. After a long and thorough attempt to fix the situation, the heater declined to participate. Jose outlined my options and explained in detail what he wanted me to know before deciding to purchase a new system. Once I decided, Jose worked out a plan for me. He made sure his supplier was open on Christmas Eve so he could pick it up and install for me the same day. Jose returned early the next day with his partner to change out the old system (from 2nd floor) and haul the new tank up those pesky stairs. Super Heroes, absolutely. They worked diligently until the job was completed. Jose explained the features/answered my questions and gave me a very fair price. I definitely plan to call him for future needs. He's the best. After being told by 2 other contractors that I needed to replace all pipes leading to the faucets, I sent Diplomat videos of the situation, and Mike showed up the next day with the parts he needed to replace the stems and all new hardware.Everything works excellent and came in at 1/5 the cost of the other 2 Angi recommended plumbers who were clearly out to rip me a new one.Mike and I discussed the downside of hiring contractors,and, being one myself,I had to agree there are some companies out there who don't really care if they ever get repeat customers.From my experience, honesty, word of mouth, and repeat customers are the key to a successful business, and Mike's Diplomat Plumbing has me as a customer for life. Highly recommended, stellar service."

"Way to pricey for the level of work preformed. He's Charged and independent plumber and charged me $275 to twitch out a cartridge plus tye cost of the part. Finding out the steps were; unscrew the handle, turn of the water using the shut off valves in the pipe, unscrew the cartridge, replace cartridge, turn on water, and screw handle back on. He charged me $275 for labor and the part was only $130. Definitely extortion pricing. When I asked why was labor so much he saif because he had to go to two place to find the part and he's working on a Saturday. He's like a taxi, kept the meter running while driving around to get the part and he seemed to be under the impression that I forced him to work on a Saturday. I will not use again and I do not recommend. He should price fair by the level of difficulty of a job and not just by what he feel he is owed."

"Evil scammers of the elderly ! These people are sick, taking advantage of seniors on a fixed income with a decline in cognitive thinking as well as Diabetic complications ! I am the homeowners caretaker and son, over 2yrs ago these SCAMMERS took $14000 from my dad to fix a clogged toilet ! ! ! I just found this out. They saw an easy target and ripped my dad off. Instead of snaking and pitting a camera down the toilet, they tore up the front yard. THEY DIDNT REPLACE ANYTHING ! They removed 1 of 2 Darin pipes. IDK why. THE IDIOTS also cut the discharge pipe for the pool [Expletive removed] U MORONS ! They then found a WATER LEAK under the driveway. WHY ARE YOU LOOkiNG FOR A WATER LEAK ! We wanted a toilet unclogged. The workers were [Expletive removed] and didn't even check to see if the clogg was fixed. BEWARE THEY SCAM THE ELDERLY ! ! The toilet never worked after all that. The other toilet is upstairs and is hard for my elderly parents to use. These guys are thrives, everyone contact them and ask why they treat our seniors like this. FIX MY [Expletive removed] TOILET !"
