When the crew did come to remove the trees it was a fill-in job for them and no one was home as the job began. The work they did on the two trees and clean up afterward was excellent. In the process of removing one of the trees they removed several limbs from an adjacent dogwood tree. Because no one was there to talk with them we couldn't have indicated that this was not what we wanted. Their follow up was good, but I can't rate them an "A" given the lack of warning on when the work was to occur and the removal of other tree limbs."

"The C ratings are explained herein. The installation was well done with the exception of the mounting of the bracket that holds the filter assembly to the wall. Improper anchors were used for a concrete basement wall. These failed over the first year or so due to the pressure that must be exerted in removed the filter housing. The company returned upon request and corrected this issue. The only other issue was that the installer upon completing the work just picked up and left without providing any explanation. After being contacted, a company representative returned and gave an explanation of operation of the system and an apology."
