"My father-in-law came over on Sunday night and attempted to patch the leak with plumbers putty and duct tape. We turned off the water to the house just in case. I called early Monday morning to make an appointment, and was told they couldn't come until Tuesday morning. But early Monday afternoon they called back and said they'd had a cancellation and could come between 2 and 4 pm. The plumber called shortly after and said he could meet me at the house in 15 minutes and was there on the dot. He was very pleasant and helpful, knew just what to do, and suggested that if this would happen again electrical tape would work better than duct tap and explained why. I appreciated that helpful hint. He was very tidy, always wiped his feet going in and out of the basement. He replaced a section of pipe and showed me the bad one and suggested causes for the leak, if I wanted to submit this to insurance. The whole job was done in 45 minutes, and I am very pleased with the work and the experience. There was no attempt to sell more than was needed, and I didn't feel intimidated or conned in any way. I would definitely call them again."

"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).

"EVERYTHING WENT PERFECTLY.The measuring service is really cool. They take digital pictures using a special tape with measurements to fit the granite perfectly. ALL I ASK FOR IS TO MY SHOWER TO BE FIXED, so it works, and doesn't leak for close to the original price given, $400 ------ not hundreds and hundreds of dollars more for additional things all around the house I can't afford right now, and don't need right now, after any "I cannot touch faucet or turn valve" forty-five minute "safety check" . I Just asked for a different plumber than the last one and a price quote. - Someone called me seven days later and left a message they would call back within 24 hours. - still waiting today past that time, - left her my cellular number too. They showed up exactly on time.  They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.  They were in an out in less than .5 hours.  They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them.  A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired.  It has been three months and all is great.  It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price.
