"Professional installation of a tankless water heater."

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Oscar has done several repairs on my over 100 year old home. He is very professional , his rates are reasonable and always shows up when promised. I will surely hire him again if I need a plumber."

"Always on time. They really went above and beyond to help. They did a lot more than I thought they would. Came as soon as they could and even came at 7:30 when I had had to shut off the water due to an issue. They didn't end up charging me for the after hours visit, just for the time him and his crew were working on the main projects. I would definitely recommend them. They were very knowledgeable and super helpful. They replaced concrete they didn't have to replace. I really felt they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I would use them again."

"They removed an old tank water heater and installed a tankless water heater and also a water softener/whole house water filter. They did an amazing job! The units were installed in my garage and looks extremely neat, clean and aesthetically pleasing. These guys obviously take pride in their work and I would highly recommend hiring them. They were here the whole day and not once did I see them slacking off. Very professional and will hire them again for any future plumbing needs."
