Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices. Josh is personable and fairly priced. We would definitely use him again and recommend him and his work. He has the Masters Touch!"

"Happened upon MG The Marble Guys when I was looking for a marble cleaning service. Not realizing I could have the marble honed, cracks and chips repaired, cleaned polished and sealed. The floor was completely revitalized. Similar to resending and finishing wood floors but using a more complicated system. To say I am happy is an understatement. What made the process best for me was Manny’s professionalism. Very articulate and knowledgeable guy who immediately went to work with his colleague Erick to cover any and all outside areas with plastic, tape and tarps. The process was done quickly and after an over night drying process was able to immediately use our kitchen laundry and bathroom. With proper maintenance every 18 months or so and now using the proper cleaning formulas our floors should continue to look gorgeous. ."

"Purchased regrout deal on Angies list, Glenn called me half hour after purchase, set up appointment for week after. Came to house 9:00 in morning worked through till work was done. I had a few shower wall tiles that were lose and I felt water was probably leaking through, that is why I decided to regrout. I showed Glenn the tiles that were lose, he found about a dozen more that were lose, he removed all the lose tile and cleaned behind them and put them back in place. Glenn regrouted the whole shower and I was amazed, the shower looked brand new. I was going to spend a fortune and redo the bathroom, but I sure am glad I just decided to regrout. "Tom and Paul (brothers) along with Dave came with two panel vans.  They were punctual.  We went over all the details of the job before they got started.  They could not have been more  professional but at the same time friendly, courteous, and efficient. <br /> Any thing that had to be moved was done with care.  We are very pleased and happy with all of the results.  The couch is white and looks like new. The results  Tom achieved there are amazing! The carpets are very old and worn but now they look so much better and brighter.  The results on the ceramic floors and grout impressed me the most.  The tile flooring is 28 plus years old and heavily trafficked.  The grout came back to original color and there is a huge difference in the tiles!  I  was concerned that we would not get a great result but I am thrilled! <br /> Overall, I would highly recommend SteamPro and would definitely use them again in the future. "Fabio  was wonderful to work with and his work is amazing.  From the day of the estimate he walked me through and explained what needed to be done to each area.    I was looking to install wood in a house with mostly carpet, however there was one room that already had hard wood.  Fabio went to great lengths to explain to me my options to match the preexisting floors, and furthermore went above and beyond to find the exact match so that I had a perfect product.  He gave me a prompt estimate and truly stuck to it. When issues such as  an area of damaged subfloor appeared, or a cracked step in the staircase, Fabio took care of it and did not charge me extra.    I was not able to be present for the project, and Fabio kept me informed of progress, even sent me a video of the floors being installed.   He finished early and truly was so kind on our final walkthrough, he is not pushy at all like other contractors I have come across.   The floors truly came out beautiful and I couldn't be happier.  <br />   As an aside  after the floors were done I had other work done to the house and noticed a small crack in the stairs when the other contractors finished.  I called Fabio for help and he came and fixed it.   His company is great and  I give him/ them  my highest recommendation without hesitation. <br /> <br />"
