"I would highly recommend Manny and his team to anyone in need of roofing services!! Manny was great at communicating about the project and making suggestions. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and left everything clean. The quality of their work was excellent! Another family member had used Manny in the past and was also extremely happy with their new roof!"

"The did the entire job in one day. They came took off old shingles, put down new plywood, and then new shingles. We have a ranch home about 1700 square feet. They draped the area and cleaned up everything . They did an outstanding job, in and out in one day!!!! And, the next day we had a snowstorm . They came when they said they would and the price was so reasonable!"

"Exclusivity at its finest! The meticulous installation of a masonry steps cricket or saddle diverts water away from the chimney, preventing potential leaks and water damage to the roof. Sam Your work always stands out from the rest."

"said I had atleast 5 more years on roof....didn't last a year, never gave me the final written results. dont waste your money..u"

"To many other roofers in the NYC Greater region- take note, Vandelay has you beat by quite a bit in terms of understanding a client and the particular needs of the job.  I went through a half dozen estimates and site visits; Vandelay and one other contractor where the only ones who were able to produce a timely, considered estimate.  And this was in the down season!
Regarding the job itself.  It presented several unknowns that Bob and his crew were able to work through and develop solutions to in a timely manner.  The demo went smoothly as well as the new installs and final flashing and chalking details.  At this point, the new roof has been through several storms and seems to be doing quite well.  If there is a problem, Bob seems more that capable to address per the contract, which I certainly appreciate.
Its clear he has a lot of experience doing what he knows, and doing it well.  He has good intuition and understanding of a job and the individuals and characters that might be involved, and how to work with them effectively (including myself likely :)
I've been through a couple of roof jobs at this point on various structures, and felt confident with Bob throughout the job; there were no instances that I felt were be minimized or neglected.  And importantly for a Condo building in NYC, Bob's crew made sure that they premise was CLEANER than when they left which is often a big deal with testy unit owners.
Overall, very pleased with both the estimation process, keeping on budget and timeframe and delivering a sound roof in material and craftmanship.  Highly recommended.

"Was referred by my friend whose full Roof was replaced by them as well, they did excellent work for both of us. Installation was done in a timely manner and the service provided was great, they helped answer all my questions and insecurities about the project. My roof looks beautiful and I walked away very happy from the whole thing, Thank you guys!"

"The owner was at my house the same day I called. He gave us a grate price and started the job the next day. Excellent crew who worked fast and efficient to get the job done before our family party later that week. The job was so well cleaned up that you couldn't even tell they just ripped off a whole roof. The owner was at the job most of the day watching over the guys and making sure we were happy. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

"Prior to selling my home, I needed to have some small repairs made to the roof. We were on a tight timeline, and Safe Trust appreciated the need to act quickly. Within hours, a very knowledgeable representative, Michael Stone, was at my home. He gave me a fair price to make the repairs, and the work was done well and within just days. After moving into a new home, I encountered some water dripping, at times of heavy rain, from one area of the ceiling below the roof line. Once again, I contacted Safe Trust, and Michael arrived promptly the next day. After thoroughly examining the area, he indicated that our roof and gutters were in good repair and that the water issue was of a different nature. I was pleased with his professionalism and honesty. Though I have comfort that I won't immediately need any roof work, I highly recommend Safe Trust and would contact them first should any repairs become necessary."

"The team was very professional; They arrived on-time, as scheduled and were ready to go. Andy, the project lead, carefully checked to make sure he clearly understood our needs. Andy, who was fantastic to work with, was also there throughout the entire project. He made sure we were happy with all aspects of the work being performed. The crew made a noticeable effort to ensure that everything was properly prepared to prevent any damage to the house, plantings, etc. The team was very flexible and took great care to make sure that all work was accomplished in a high quality fashion. If we noticed something that required additional attention (i.e. some water damaged roof sheeting or loose nails), Andy's team replaced the plywood and re-nailed prior to installing the new roof. When the job was complete, the cleanup was performed with an attention to detail. Since the preparation was so thorough, there was no real mess once all the gear, netting and protective coverings were removed. Everything looked as if it had never been disturbed and with the new roof & gutters, it really looks fantastic! We are very pleased with the overall results and attention to detail. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. One real nice customer service touch was that Andy checked in several times each day during the job to make sure everything was to our liking and he made adjustments, as necessary. I would definitely recommend All Quality and would use them again, should the need arise! Thanks, All Quality, Andy & Arianny! Dave & Nancy"

"It was a pleasure to work with Jeff Dutt and his crew for new roof installation. They did the excellent job and finished on time at my house . I would highly recommend them."
