Once initiated, the work was completed very quickly (within 4 days) with minimum disruption.  Alessandro is very dedicated to customer service was readily available for questions and changes.  There were some minor, but necessary changes during the work and after completion, and these changes were either addressed with Alessandro in person or with photos via email.  There was very prompt followup and work was completed without delay.
