"John Beyer and his crew gave a good and fair estimate of the cost and time involved, his oversight of the necessary sub-contractors involved was very good, and they were careful around our home and did a very good job. John communicated with us about the various aspects of the project and made helpful suggestions of other contractors to take down trees in our yard and a good exterminator to use. John let us look at work done at his own home to get ideas for replacing our deck and pergola, and we intend to hire John next year to build a pergola replacement for our new patio. We are very pleased with the materials recommended and used, along with the quality work provided, and were glad we went with an excellent local contractor."

"Rick was punctual, friendly and professional from the minute I called for the initial estimate.  He listened to what we wanted and promptly provided us with an estimate.  The work was started on time.  They were efficient and professional and they cleaned up at the end of each day.  I was pleased and impressed with all the subcontractors he brought in, they were all friendly and professional.  I trusted Rick enough to give him a key to my house so he could work when we were out of town.  The only delay we had was due to a back order on the doors from the supplier.  Rick worked with us allowing us to do the painting ourselves.  We are extremely pleased with the finished rooms.  I would definitely recommend Rick and would call him again for future projects. <br />"

"Robert at Mindset Construction did an excellent job on each of the 3 projects I hired him to complete. He first constructed a new deck, the deck is beautiful and the job went perfect. <br /> He then installed a new wood privacy fence, again attention to detail and the quality of his work is great. <br /> Finally he installed a new concrete sidewalk from the garage door to the new deck.
