"John was wonderful with replacing my hot water heater, stabilizing my floor and overall communication! Would definitely recommend."

"Quick response to an emergency situation. The water heater was replaced at a reasonable price. David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

"They did a great job replacing my hot water heater."

"Dave replaced our water heater which was connected to our oil fired boiler, with a new electric hot water tank. We had no problems. Very professional installation."

"They have replaced my water tank, water heater, and water pump and Iâ  ve hired them to replace my sewer line"

"After being left hung out to dry by the company I paid to deliver and install my appliances, Mike came to the rescue! He had my dishwasher and microwave installed and took away the old one! He explained everything he easily doing and was even open to going over other issues I have around my new home. I would definitely hire him again and I recommend him to anyone needing work done around the house!"

"Changed gas water heater and tub faucet. Did a perfect job and was great to talk to."

"Were able to quickly replace my water heater and explained all of the work they did."

"Replaced a leaky gasket in furnace, and performed routine maintenance and service. The techs were knowledgeable and explained the work they were doing, and the reason for the recommended repairs. The techs arrived within the service time window estimate, and gave a "heads up" call about 20 minutes before arrival. They also provide a picture of the tech prior to the appointment time. They put booties over their shoes upon entering your house and leave the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Everyone at Grasshopper, from the office people to the techs, was friendly and professional. They made you feel like they actually cared about customer satisfaction. I did feel that the repair cost, relative to the amount of time spent, was on the high side, although I really have no reference to compare to. I would definitely use them again, and recommend that you consider calling them for service and/or repair."
