"I contacted Tim to install a set of attic pull down stairs on Monday. The cost quoted was $300 including the materials. He came this am and the first thing he did was put down a bunch of tarps. He was here at 9am as promised and left at 12:30. Job was finished and looks great. Gave him $350 as his work was worth it."

We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. Everything they promised, they delivered. They were always on time and I felt very confident that they were ultra-reliable. If it was too cold or raining, they showed up to scrape to keep the job going. I had had several offers for this job, but I cannot express how glad I am I chose this team. "I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."
