Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. But, as things turned out there was significant damage that meant replacing some structural elements and replacing the adjacent walk-in shower. This really went from a little repair work to a fairly major unplanned remodel job. Brian helped me find other trade people to do structural and plumbing work, shower door installation, and drywall work. And, his work tile work was excellent. A true professional in every way."

The rep had all the tools and knowledge required to do the above listed work. He was well informed and knowledgeable about industry trends (tank-less water heaters).
