This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. "Fabian was terrific. He tested our 35-year old outlet and followed its conduit. He quickly determined that we could not do the easy fix we were hoping for -- of reconnecting the outlet to our fuse box -- which we weren't that surprised by and then laid out other options for us. We opted just to remove the unused outlet and its elevated stand (as it was a tripping hazard). Fabian removed it for us very quickly and it made the area safer."
