He gave us a timeline for his work and maintained it throughout his work. He patiently explained the operation of the entire system to my wife and me (both 80+ years old). He responded, both quickly and effectively, to all communications, was punctual, highly professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, and he completed his work in accordance with his quoted price (adjusted for a couple of small items we requested after he began his work).
