"Good communication. Reached out to discuss plans and ideas. House was demolished by GDOT therefore could not pursue project."

"I chose HDEZ Gabinets for my owner suite bathroom remodel. This contractor provided an all inclusive price for demo, subfloor repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, custom cabinetry and shower glass. Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done. I researched Pedro and his company thoroughly before hiring him. Because of my job, I need to trust who was brought in my home and I also see contractors take advantage of people. I wanted to be as certain as I could about this company. Added a couple of before pics to see the transformation."

"Kimberly and her team did a great job updating my kitchen and flooring. They were timely, efficient and did quality work."

"Every phase of the project was meticulous, from the electrical configuration, plumbing, recessed lighting, slow-close drawers/cabinets, mirror placement, French doors opening into the Master bedroom, etc. The Master bathroom was perfect. I strongly recommend Bill Johnson Remodeling for any and all renovation needs. His work is second to none. I highly recommend Bill Johnson Remodeling for any size project or renovation. You will especially appreciate his practical advice and superb attention to detail."

"I contacted Raven less about 2 days prior to having the work performed. Raven did not only respond immediately, and came to do an estimate next day, he had the best price and was able to do the work immediately. Raven explained in detail what he was going to do and why and I am very happy with the deck renovation. Will definitely hire again and recommend him to all friends and family members."

"The painters showed up on time, covered my garage floor, took the shutters off, spray painted them with 2 coats, allowed them to dry, reinstalled them, cleaned up. They were awesome!"

"We gutted the master bath - down to studs.  Jean Claude found mold behind our walls and treated that.  He rebuilt the bathroom and it is beautiful.

"Company showed up as planned. Preformed & completed work on time. Totally professional. Work well."

"RL&M is a very reasonable, military “marine” mom and female owned company. Rita is hard working and brings some exceptional licensed workers together and executes the task regardless of the handyman small job or even a complex renovation in a very professional, timely and outstanding manner. Oscar is one of the guys she brings to do renovation and Oscar does a very fine and thorough job. In fact, Oscar pays such great attention to detail And never cuts corners. Oscar’s finish is fantastic and one of my pet peeves is the finish. During demolition, Rita and Oscar reused some of the items especially if they are in good condition and don’t spend unnecessary amounts of money. They try to repurpose while rebuilding and renovating so they don’t unnecessarily waste money and buy new things and trash the old stuff. She is very reasonable in pricing and was able to accomplish an entire renovation project in a very cheap, affordable and reasonable manner. We asked for her to remove a closet, design and create a new laundry room in a separate part of the house and repaint and fix the old laundry room. We asked her team to remove one of the jack and Jill bathrooms and merge with the closet to create a new laundry room. They removed doors, created a new walkway, new electrical, new plumbing lines, new drainage, run new 220 lines for the dryer, and also get a licensed plumber to plug the old lines and build new ones. She did all of this under $4000. I don’t have the before picture because I forgot to take it, but here’s the after picture. This was with material. But I did invest in nicer tiles for better quality products. overall workmanship was absolutely fantastic. I will use Rita again. Rita also has done some handiwork like closing all the holes, electrical, painting the old laundry room and installing an entry way accent light which is at least 30 ft high. I will share more pictures in the future as I plan on using Rita and Oscar to convert my small pantry to a larger walk-in Butler’s pantry to include moving the oven and the range and be able to move the fridge and my wine rack to a location where I can walk in and all this she was able to merge my vision and her design expertise. More to come with my home improvement projects with Rita. I am very thrilled to work with Rita and future projects. I think I’ve found my go-to handy person and renovation expert. And I found her on Angi. Great find and will recommend her any day."

"Steven was great he remodeled most of my house. He was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner."
