Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

"We have a smaller upstairs bathroom that had not been touched since 1975. The shower had been unusable for over a decade due to leakage. The space had to be completely gutted down to the studs and completely redone. The contractor we had used several times over the years retired, so we needed someone new who we could trust. Radical Renovations (Angelo) was recommended to us by N & S Supply in Kingston and I'm SO happy we hired him! "I would hire this company over and over again! Humberto, his son and their guys are amazing! Our bathroom and laundry room had gotten water damage due to a backed up sewer line. Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. They are VERY NEAT workers, always cleaning as they go. They’re reliable, trustworthy and you can tell they aren’t just in it for the money. Humberto is really compassionate."
