"I called(Friday) Lauder Plumbing and they answered right away. I asked them if they could come on a Monday but Jack offered to come in earlier on Saturday which was nice. I told him what was wrong(I broke the pipe trying to fix a clog) and Jack presented himself very professionally to the situation. It turned out there was still clogging left of what was the old pipe that leads to the wall. Jack came in and took out the old piping that was left and put in new piping that was of better quality of what was there before."

After several attempts I decided to call Gary and Peterson plumbing. On his first attempt Gary noticed the problem that both of the other plumbing companies missed. He quickly fixed the issue and it immediately helped reduce the banging noise in our pipes. Called him back a month later to help fix another problem and he quickly solved that problem too. As an added nice touch he proactively called me the next day to see if everything was okay. The only negative thing I would say is that I asked for an estimate on other work and never heard back from him. I hope he gets me that estimate as I would love to give him more business."
