"Jim is an experienced electrician. We hired him to install an 220 line to our garage for the purpose of charging our new EV. Experienced in this type of job, Jim arrived with everything needed to complete the work (i.e. running the electrical line from the Box - which need a bit of modification - through the basement ceiling to the garage, and installing the 220 receptacle in the garage.) Only slight hitch was the the actual 220 outlet which was mounted in such a way that I could not mount the actual vehicle charger in the best location on the garage wall. Everything worked fine, I just have to come up with a fixture to permanently mount the charger. Jim did all the work within a 2 hour window. I think the cost was a bit on the pricey side (though Jim said that his price would be among the cheapest around. I'm not so sure of that). Bottom line however, I chose Jim because he impressed me that he was fully capable of doing a quality job, which he did. So I am a satisfied customer."

"He was helpful in acquiring materials. He installed well but put the solid core door where i wanted the hollow core door and vice versa. I asked him to switch them and to return to install the last door know. He said he would. Never heard from him again. Called and texted him. He ghosted me."

"I needed to replace my dishwasher that failed with a new one. Existing dishwasher was hardwired and installation services will not connect the new dishwasher if it is hardwired. I needed a quick turnaround for installation of new power outlet. Not only did Jeff come out within 4 hours of the initial call, he trouble shot another electrical issue for me and will be coming back when his schedule permits to make this repair also.
