Hunter was the first contact I had at Indiana Foundation, he came out and gave me an estimate and helped set up installation and financing. This is a company I believe in and they work hard and deliver great product and services. Communications with this company was easy also. Before starting the project, one of the foremanâ s/supervisors named Josh came out and answered-all my follow up questions. He was awesome too! We had the pleasure of meeting Nick (Sales Inspector) and Brandon, Brandon, and Jacob (Installers). We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. They worked quickly, efficiently, and made sure to keep our home free of mess. Overall we are very happy we hired Master Services and recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair."

"House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!
