They exceeding my expectations and have received numerous compliments from my neighbors and from people just passing by as the house stands out! After the hail storm, I also requested that Paulo and his team replace the roof. Once again, they were right on it and did an excellent job. I am now remodeling the inside of my house and I would not consider going with anyone else but Paulo. I forgot to mention that he also replaced all the windows in my house and I requested that he extend my front patio. He is a jack of all trades and we are very happy with his work."

"This was a relatively small job to repair some siding after it was damaged when a new roof was installed, as well as install an attic vent. I went through the roof installation company as well as another contractor and both of them did a terrible job, and had some unprofessionalism. I was starting to think it might be impossible to find a contractor that takes pride in their work and does it right, rather than concerning themselves with cost and time. Then I found Dan from Monumental Construction and he was everything I thought every contractor should be, and then some. On top of being incredibly professional and friendly, his work was infallible. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

They listened to exactly what I wanted and never tried to "up-sell" me into things I didn't want or need. After a quick discussion, my husband and I decided to go with them. They came out to verify sizes and sign the contract order. pricing came in right what I was estimated over the phone which is always good news. Once the windows were in we got delivery scheduled. They got all 4 windows and a patio door in within about 4 hours. They had several installers come so they could be done ASAP. I am very pleased with the windows, the service and that anytime I had questions I could send a text and ask. We will be using them again if we ever have more windows, siding or roofing issues.
