"From the initial visit to scope the work required, through the delivery of the quote, and the scheduling and performance of the work, this was arguably one of the smoothest, easiest major home repair projects I've had to get done. The estimator arrived exactly on time, which was important to me, because I live about two hours from the worksite, my son's house. He did a thorough inspection, then provided a detailed breakdown of the work required and the materials and costs involved. He also took the time to explain the advances in roofing systems since the existing roof was installed during construction of the home over thirty years ago. The proposal was delivered the next day, with an additional, lower cost option, which included an explanation of the sources of the cost reductions. This is one of the key reasons I can unhesitatingly recommend Peak Roofing. They provided sound technical reasons for the system I selected for the house, while also explaining, without trying to "upsell," some advantages of their higher grade offerings, AND the tradeoffs associated with their lower tier systems. They proposed a system that would deliver excellent performance and longevity and that was priced appropriately for the property. The proposal delivery and invoicing processes were seamless, and the office staff was exceedingly helpful. This is not the first roof I've had to get replaced, and it can be a very disruptive process. The Peak Roofing installation crew was the best I've worked with. Showed up on time, went right to work and, even though there were some surprises - seven sheets of sheathing that clearly needed replacement - they had the old roof off, the sheathing replaced and the new system installed in a little under six hours. On previous jobs, I've had to walk around the house and pick up remnants of the old roof after the crew had left. Not this time. In fact, I think the area around the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I was truly amazed that the only evidence of their having been at the house was the beautiful new roof. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Terrific customer service and truly outstanding workmanship."

"Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! My wife and I are very "picky" and not at all easy to please.  Marty did an outstanding job and we would hire him again in a heartbeat.  First off, he was very flexible in terms of scheduling the work.  When we had to postpone the work from the original agreed date, Marty was able to reschedule it with no problem.  He also arranged for us to be able to save 50 percent on the price of the paint required for the job.  Notwithstanding the long drive to get to our house, Marty arrived on time both days.  On the first day, he and his colleague started in immediately on the smaller but more challenging room (given that this room required removal of shelving and a large mirror from the wall prior to painting.  To our surprise, the removals went without a hitch, and the painting was soon underway.  The end product was excellent, with no traces of either the shelves/mirror mountings or the previous bright color on several of the walls.  Then they moved to the second, significantly larger room.  They were able to complete the painting of that room by the end of the first day, with the same excellent outcome.  On the second day, Marty returned by himself to tackle the job of removing wallpaper from one wall in a different room and then re-painting that wall to blend with the other wallpapered walls.  Once again, the outcome was excellent and clearly demonstrated that Marty is a real pro.  He finished in time to perform some touch-up on a wall in the kitchen that had been problematic for a long time.  He cleaned up everything after finishing work each day.  Marty has a great personality and is really easy to work with.  All in all, this was one of the most successful experiences we have ever had in hiring a contractor.  We would not hesitate to call on Marty again in the future if/when we have interior work to be done.

"Replacement was fine. Issue I have is with the ownership and discussion I had with them regarding warranty for the ridge cap. I had a cobra ridge cap installed by this company after a windstorm cane through. During the process I had asked, and was told, that the cap came with a transferable warranty (which is great because this is not our forever home). Installation went fine and at the end was told the owner would provide warranty info. I inquired several days later and was told they would get me the warranty paperwork. After several weeks I contacted them again as I had not yet received he paperwork and was told that the company (USA Gutter pro) would honor their work but GAF no longer warranties this product. Was also told that "lawyers were drafting" paperwork for warranties and that it would be sent to me upon completion. That was around April 2016. I contact via this site the company asking if the lawyers were still working in it 6 months later (was sent Oct 17th)...nothing. I am now writing this review on Nov 19th. In the end I don't really care about the warranty I am disappointed that a company would say one thing and either (1) not follow though on what was agreed, or (2) not be 100% truthful in things. My point in all of this is if they would have said from the beginning that this product is not warranties I would have still had the work done and not really cared...but since I was repeatedly told one thing that never happened (oh, and I never got a call/email outside of Angie's list...and that was because I wrote first...) I am writing this review."
