After one of the hurricanes, they extended the drainage to other parts of the basement including near the furnace. They also installed a commercial sump pump with a battery back up. Since then we have had no problems with water in the basement. They only expanded our existing pipes. Other companies gave us estimates to redo everything at a much higher cost. Other companies also included estimates to redo the entire basement. They are efficient."

There are three things that I believe set Better Built Basements apart from other businesses: the people, the quality of the work, and the value. Our project consisted of installing a family room, bedroom, and bathroom in our unfinished basement. During the five weeks it took to complete this project, I lost count of the number of people who were involved and I can only remember a few of their names.
