"Thomas (the technician) quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and recommended a replacement part. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend Neli as a low cost alternative to expensive appliance repairs."

"Serviceman arrived on time and promptly listened to me explain my problem. I had also purchased the part to repair it ahead of time. After checking the dryer he informed me that the very expensive part I had purchased would not be needed and hope I could get my money back. He fixed my dryer checked my washer and gave me extra safety tips for my appliances and my house. No fee for these tips just good service to a customer. Service call and repair was cheaper than the part I purchased."

"Very professional and extremely helpful! Even gave me tips on how to keep my applicances running better. 10 out of 10 recommend! Will call these folks for any of my appliance repair needs in the future."

"Fritz came out himself to give us a quote and later to install the rack.  While he was here, he gave some other storage suggestions we also did (overhead storage rack and extension cord winders.)  Fritz made good suggestions without being busy.  He and his crew were very thorough and friendly.  They took their time installing the equipment to get it right.  My husband was happy about that since the equipment hangs over our cars.  We will use Innovative Garage next time we have some storage needs and will recommend them highly."

"All work that was under contract was done. If the service provider was unable to fix the appliance, Choice Home Warranty replaced it. Everything went well and I am very pleased with my warranty company. I have and will continue to refer to refer people to Home Choice Warranty."

"Just getting him up to the house is a challenge in itself. He is a very hard worker and solves the problem (which he did). He stayed at the house for 3 1/2 hours, until close to 10pm getting the problem resolved. The problem is he made two (2) appointments with me to meet me at my house and he never showed. The second one (return appointment) he never called to reschedule or apologize, and he didn't even give us his Angie's List discount, even though he knew we found him through the list."

"Professional and very prompt service! I was able to have a new furnace installed the same day. Our contractor went above and beyond and I would highly recommend his company to anyone."

Handyman.

"It is whoever they contract with. I pay monthly almost $40.00 but it includes both repair and replacement. This is for all appliances. I have a lot of old appliances in my home. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."
