"On Sunday I had a sewage backup and decided to try someone new. After looking at Angie's List, I decided to give Drain Sights LLC a call. The estimate provided on the phone was comparable to what other plumbers have charged for emergency clean out service. Two plumbers showed up in approximately one hour. They snaked out my main drain/sewer line and cut loose a sizable root ball. After they performed the clean out, they went a step further and ran a camera through the lines, showing me exactly where the problem was and advised me on what I could expect moving forward. They also made recommendations for keeping the tree roots at bay. I have very old sewer lines connecting our house to the county sewage system. "We called Erickson Plumbing very concerned about the pipes in our house when they started clanging very loudly in the walls.  The plumber came out very quickly and put our fears to rest by resetting a pressure valve near the main valve.   It turned out that we hadn't been getting enough water pressure to the house for years, and once the valve was adjusted, the pipes stopped clanging and we suddenly had very good water pressure.   Since ours was a quick fix, he asked us what else needed work in order to get more out of the call fee, and then inspected and changed the flushing mechanisms to two of our toilets when we mentioned some were running constantly.  When we had him look at a non-working shower, he quickly diagnosed that the shower hadn't worked because of the water pressure problem, but the valve fix also made the shower work again.  (another plumber had told us it was the faucet, but this wasn't the case at all)   It works now!  We were pleased that he took the time to explain things to us, and didn't try to sell us fixes we didn't need.  It was a very positive experience, and we feel, a good value."
