I had spoken to him the day before the appointment and he informed me that there would be a 55 dollars fee for the visit which would get folded into the actual cost of the repair should I decide to proceed. The others needed a replacement of the appliance and replacement of a part respectively...both of which I obviously did not proceed with. I ended up paying 180 dollars for the visit which felt a tad steep.
