"Everything went extremely well. I strongly recommend Lenny from Passaic Window & Glass. We initially needed a broken window repaired at my residence the job was completed in a very timely manner. I then inquired about replacing the crank mechanisms being replaced on bay windows. He ordered the necessary parts. Upon installation, one of the parts was defective, he immediately ordered the replacement part, that also was defective. He kept me informed of the status of the impending repair. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
