"What I liked in addition to their workmanship, which was outstanding is that they had an office I could go to instead of communication on the phone or waiting on someone to get to my home. I liked that all expenses, materials, everything regarding the work was written down in a contract and thoroughly and explained to me, there were no surprises with any additional costs, etc. They were very thorough when prepping for the job in that they did all repairs and touch ups prior to beginnig. They used high quality materials when replacing the Fascia boards. The amount of time they stated it would take to complete the work was 8 days and they were spot on. "I received a table pad that was slightly damaged in shipping and the magnetic locking device did not work properly. I called about it and the woman I talked to was absolutely wonderful. She said they had a problem with the machine that made the locking mechanism work. The problem had been corrected and they would send me another. I did not have to return the defective one. They gave me a time that the new one would be done and delivered and their estimate was exact as to the time that it would take. They were highly professional and made me feel like I mattered to them. I am highly satisfied. The new one is perfect. They offered a good selection of finishes for the top and color for the bottom of the pads. The new pad was carefully packaged and arrived in terrific condition. I would highly recommend them to others wanting a good table pad."

"It worked out pretty well. There was only one little glitch and that was in the buying of the faucets and that turned out to be a little fiasco but other than that everything turned out well. I guess the price was alright, what happened is I had to have a lot more things done. Actually, I figured it was around 50 something feet. The end result was it cost me $4600.00. Originally, they said it was going to be around $1400.00 but with the sinks and they really kind of took me on the faucets. They were about double the price. The work was neat and whatever. The extras were more than I thought they would be. The one thing that was screwed up was my fault to a degree and their fault to a degree. What happened was I had the counters put in and then I said I wanted to put in a six inch backsplash. Now, what happened was in my 3 installations that were going to go in, there was a mirror that was going to go in. Really, what happened was they ripped it up and when they were going to put it in and the back splash they should not have made it a 6 inch, they should have made it after the rip out was how it was going to be because what happened is now I have a half inch on one side between the mirror and what I'm trying to fix with tile and 3/4 of an inch in another area. So, basically, it became a little bit of a nightmare for me but I'm straightening it out. I can do a lot of work myself but at the same token that's why I hired them. It would have made it a whole lot easier for me if when they took the top off if they would have measured to the mirror and then it would have wound up it would have been tight.

"After meeting, talking and receiving 3 estimates for the kitchen remodeling that i wanted to do at our house, I decided to hire Zohar from Best builders group to do my remodeling. Zohar (the owner) showed up to the first meeting that I scheduled with his office on time and without any rescheduling and during the meeting, he was knowledgeable with everything that involved with kitchen remodeling from the first step of learning about what I would like to get from my remodeling, to the design of how the new kitchen will look like and all the way to the end of the process of the remodeling. During the meeting that we had, Zohar was able to provide answers to each question i had and to offer his ideas and suggestions to some of the things that i wanted to do. Zohar showed up to the second meeting and he brought with him a new design of the new kitchen which included everything I wanted and it was exactly the way I imagined how my new kitchen should look like when it will be finished. Zohar provided me with a comparable price and the communication with him was pretty easy. I was very satisfied with the way Zohar and his company work because they made sure that they will work in a clean environment and to use covers everywhere they could so the house won’t get messy and dirty. Another important thing is that I didn’t have to be at the house during the time frame of the remodeling. Very reliable company, I would definitely use them again."

"I felt that the price quote was very reasonable and decided to use Three Star Painting the same day it was offered.
  The job began on Tuesday, 9/3. 
Marty sent out a crew of THREE terrific interior painters.  They were very neat about their work and did an excellent job, despite it being a VERY HOT week, and they were working with a cathedral ceiling in the living room!  They finished the job  ahead of schedule, so they only worked Tuesday through Friday.  Everything was cleaned up very well at the end; my large furniture was moved back into place,  and  large paintings hung back on the walls.  Marty was in touch throughout the week.  His painters always showed up on time!  I cannot say enough good about them.  If you try Three Star Painting, you will not be disappointed! 

Would I use them again?  ABSOLUTELY!  we still have a stairway and the upstairs of our condo to be painted, and when we can get ready to do that, it's Marty Choi I will call.
