"I had a broken piece of stone in my kitchen countertop, right in the front of the sink. There was a vein in the stone that I think water got in and eventually caused a crack. Eran quickly came and quoted the job for me and did the work the next day. He did the job fast and cleanly. The stone repair could have been a little smoother in my opinion, but it is well sealed and the glue matches the stone well and nobody will ever see the repair. While he was there, he re-caulked the entire sink to prevent that kind of crack from happening again. All in all, a great experience."

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! "After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
If we need any floor coverings or window coverings in the future, we're calling Andre.  Thank you, Andre and thank you, Angie's List.

"The project manager, Tom Cohen, was so helpful from our first meeting. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. I trust him to help with future projects."

"My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."

"Zohar was suggested to us by a colleague for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeling project and we are very thankful for that recommendation.
