"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Rooster came out to fix the drywall in my home, upon inspection he discovered that I needed more help in other areas. I gave him my budget, then he let me know what he could do for that amount. He installed the floor I had purchased in record time, and it looks beautiful!!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"He did a good job, but I had a few problems. He did fine, but it took him a long time for him to come back and fix some little things. I asked him to give me bills on a few things and he never did that. He did a good job and I liked his design concept. I wanted the work to be done before my surgery, but it didn't."
