"I have used Aaron 2 times. He has fixed a leaky pipe in my washroom and hooked up the water lines for my toilets and vanities on short notice. He checked everything before he left along with me. "The job went very well. This was over two years ago and my new tankless water heater is still operational; have not had any issues. My original hot water heater was on the first floor and in a poor location. I wanted to replace it with a tankless heater up in my attic, which is 2 stories up. Parker plumbing demo’d the old unit, ran hot/cold copper lines, ran gas line etc all the way to the attic. They mounted the new heater along with a drip pan that had its own drain line in case it started to leak. I thought this was brilliant and a nice added touch. Additionally, after the job was done I asked if they could come back to put a gauge on the inlet (just before the heater) and they happily came back out; didn’t even charge extra. Overall it was a good experience. I’ll be calling them back again should I need any future work."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
