The kid cut a hole in the wall, put in a camera and said he didn't see anything and plugged it back up. This only took an hour...for the rest of the time he installed 3 new low flow inserts in the tank and that's it. I did not get 3 hours of plumbing services.

"We were happy with the work. Ryan was good to work with as far as picking out materials, making suggestions, he corrected issues while we were working with them. For example, we had picket out a certain type of faucet for the marble top, and we had ordered the wrong counter tops, and he went back and got a replacement. All that went well, and for what we had done, we were not discouraged by the work or anything. There was an issue afterwards that we had a problem with. One of our requirements in the bid was, that we needed to have some doors changed on a hallway closet. When he bid on the job, he said he would take car of that as part of his bid on the bathroom. There were 2 closets which needed the doors. We have a door that doesn't shut properly,and the grout on the tile that is opening up. We called him multiple times after the job was done, to fix the closet doors, and we sent him emails, but he never once returned the calls. Once he had the money, he wouldn't return our phone calls. He himself said he would come back and fix the closets when we were paying him, and we had to special order the doors. We had somebody else come and put the doors. The after experience left a sour taste in our mouth. Angie's List was important to him, he stated that,  and that is how we found him. We noticed that his guy was cleaning his paint brushes in our bathroom sink, and we are on a well. We had to clean up the mess from our sink, so we wondered what it was doing to our well."

"Lee did an excellent job and allowed me to hire only 1 person to fix everything in the house and outside (plumbing, electrical, finish work, paint, install doors). After getting to know him over four days, he's done a lot of large scale remodels previously and has tons of experience. Lee is an exceptional value and has cheaper rates than other handymen I called. Plus, he is on time, and stayed late two nights to meet our appraisal deadline. I will be using Lee in the future, no question."
