"When my Washer stopped working I went through my home warranty company and tried to schedule a technician to come out. The Representative from my Home Warranty Company assured me that I would be contacted within a day. Four days later I still did not receive any response. After calling a second time 4 days later! I was finally Scheduled. My situation was very pressing and I needed this fixed ASAP. On the fifth day I reached out to the technician that my Home Warranty Company assigned to me. I spoke to a woman at that company and she said that the technician would assess the situation but could not fix it that day because the issue has to be approved by the Home Warranty Company. Lets back up to the day I spoke to my Home Warranty Company. They never told me that the company doing the repair work would need to send photos so that my Home Warranty Company could approve anything. If that was the case I would have had 4 days of my life back instead of waiting. I am beginning to think why do I have a Home Warranty Company again? I canceled that company and knew I had to find someone myself ughhh. Well I searched online and clicked on the first link and put all of my information in. What I needed done. What was wrong. My Appliance and so on. Here is the awesome part Not even 2 seconds later I receive a call from an extremely kind woman from Manny Appliance Repair asking me when I would like to schedule for one of their technicians to come out. I asked if someone could come out that day. She told me that she would check and would call me back. I was hopeful, but when she called me back. She said all the technicians were currently out in the field and they were no immediate appointments available. Honestly I did not mind. I was impressed and felt very valued because she even took the time to check for me. So I scheduled the next day. Michael came out the next day and he was professional, and he took the time to listen to my concerns. I told Michael what happened and what the problem was so he started to diagnose my unit and explained everything to me. So I was the culprit Yikes! I overloaded my Washer lol! He assessed the problem and found the part I needed, the last one, by the way! He snagged it and said that he would come back the next day to fix it. The next day he fixed the unit and it was like brand new. So that night I went to do a load of clothes and I thought I broke my Washer again lol. I called him and he came back and re-checked the washer from top to bottom. Michael stayed for an entire cycle to make sure there were no issues. Nothing was wrong I was just impatient, yup I admit it lol. Michaels sense of humor was a good start to the day. I had a no hassle experience. I was not charged and exorbitant amount of money. I was not ignored. I was not talked to like some discard. I also wasnâ t faulted for overloading my washer. Michael was professional, and his attention to detail was Impressive. "Dave came out at the agreed-upon time to look at my broken clothes washer. His verdict was that it would cost more to repair than it would to replace it. To my surprise, he did not charge me for this diagnosis, saying he didn’t want to charge me when he didn’t help me. What a surprise! I would definitely use this service again when I need an appliance repair."

"Needed ice maker repaired. It's not making or dropping ice. Needed Electric Dryer drum to stop continues turning when not in use. Ice maker: Not repaired. Instead: He replaced the thermostat, and door handles were semi-fixed, tightened. Electric Dryer: Face plate (settings) was pushed in. He popped that out. He also cleaned out the wall vent from decades of trapped lint. However, the dryer drum keeps turning after the timer goes off. When it's turning, it's not getting hot. Only way to stop it from turning and make it stop, is leaving the Dryer door open. If not, the drum continues to turn, for days if we leave the door closed. There's also when we're drying clothes, it doesn't heat up so the clothes stay wet for hours leaving us to have to rewash clothes and hang up to dry. The initial call for the repairs were not repaired. Ice maker doesn't make ice Dryer drum continues to spin I reached out to him two days later after the repairs he made, letting him know that the reason for the initial call to repair the ice maker and Dryer, were still not working. I received no response from him. It's been over a week now. He has not responded. Sabino started his job with us, with excellent customer service. I called about the repair and he came out the same day (even after being in a rollover car accident with his young son). He did the minor repair. He ordered 'special' parts for the refrigerator. A week later. He fixed what he thought needed fixing. Except for the real reason I requested his Experienced Appliance Repair Services. The ice maker and the Dryer. Paid: $300 cash. $325 on our debit card. We still have broken Appliances. I had to take my business elsewhere, and spend more money on the same Appliances. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. I wish him well."
