He was very knowledgeable about our situation and warned us that our buyer may not be able to get insurance with just a repair. Sure enough, we checked with our buyer and they were having trouble getting insurance. Jason was great to work with. He worked directly with our insurance company. He was prompt in getting things moving, knowing that we were on a timeline to sell/close on the house. He kept communicating with us throughout the process. I always knew what was happening. First, salesman did the math wrong on the contract and then treated me like I just did not understand how roofing works, until he realized h would done the arithmetic wrong. After down payment, I did not hear anything, so I called. And called. And called. I just wanted a callback to have some sense for a timeline but weeks went by w no response. At all. When work started and I had questions (appropriate for consumer), was treated rudely for asking and for sharing concerns about rudeness. And now this. The most unprofessional company I?ve ever worked with, start to finish."

My wife and I moved from Orlando, FL to Riverview, FL last summer. After purchasing our current home with a 2-year old roof and solar, we learned from a very helpful neighbor about a local unethical roofing company that did the original installation and did a horrible job!!! Buyer beware: Avoid "Contruct 4 U, LLC" at all cost and go with Fast Track Roofing if you want the job done right. Zack is extremely humble, honest and super talented (as his team).
