"Dennis and his crew did an excellent job, but I feel he overcharged me a bit for the chimney cap installation. The cost of installing a chimney cap in the Tampa Bay area runs from $175.00 to $250.00. Dennis charged me $250.00 to install a $40.00 chimney cap. When I asked Dennis why the installation cost was at the top of the price range, he said: There are fees associated with running the operation: shipping, consumables, labor, transportation, fuel, payroll, and the list goes on. My price is right in line with the chimney sweeps in the area. His crew certainly knew what they were doing, and I would probably use his services again. My only objection is that the cost of installing the chimney cap was at the top of the high range for that job. Dennis could have chosen to install a more expensive chimney cap for what he charged me."

"Anyway, we have barely used the fireplace and as I mentioned - new construction - so he came with another worker in a Tophat, inspected the fireplace, then the outside on the roof and all was fine with the chimney. They also went into the attic to see if they could find the leak as the chimney was absolutely intact. Couldn’t see where the leak was coming. Even took some pics where the roof meets the chimney and again let us know how intact all with the chimney is. Landed up giving us a referral to an excellent roofer. We were totally pleased with all (upset, about the leak though!!) Dennis went above and beyond for us. He was so honest and this is so hard to find these days. "Rob and Jonathan initially came to the house for the inspection and to give me an estimate. They were extremely professional and helpful. They took time to answer all my questions and provided a fair estimate on architectural shingles. Because of the hurricane they were very busy but still made me feel like my home was important to them. I chose them for the work because they are a local company with full time employees that do not contract out the work. The job was done in December after I got my insurance issues resolved and they had an opening in their schedule. A crew of four men came out to the house. They arrived on time and were very respectful of my property and landscaping. The job took a little longer than they thought so they had to come back the next morning to finish. They cleaned up my entire yard as if they were never here, except for the new roof. Have only found three nails so far. That’s pretty amazing. I had a few follow up questions and they responded very quickly to address my concerns. I recommend them VERY highly. You won’t be disappointed."

"Very well. Brock came out and evaluated the problem: water leaking out of front porch columns. He identified rot around the top column bases. He generated a proposal of roofing replacement, column base replacement (part of front dormer), stucco replacement, and painting. The crews showed up a few weeks later (as agreed) and had part of the roofing, near the problem removed, and the rotten wood at the top column bases removed all on the first day. Second day the roof decking was repaired and shingles replaced, new top column bases constructed and installed. The third day stucco was installed and allowed to dry for a week. Finally all affected stucco areas were caulked and painted to a perfect match of existing area not repaired."

We were interested in having our whole house painted so I asked the guy doing our doors how much he thought it would be. He said he'd contact his Manager and he came by that same day. We threw them a curve-ball by asking to have the aluminum "bird stop" trim underneath the roof tiles painted - something they have never done. They worked it out and it turned out to be the best part of job. The guys are very professional and keep in constant communication about the process. They were very conscientious about the job site and did a full clean up after the job was done. We couldn't be happier and it totally transformed the look of the house.
