Dealing with the damage long distance would have been difficult otherwise. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an outstanding contractor."

"David Spence did it again!! We had 2 bathrooms that needed to be gutted and one a conversion from tub to shower only. Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work. "Excellent company. Price was fair, work performed as promised. We agreed to the proposed height but when their installation crew began work, they looked it over and discovered that they could add additional height that really made a huge improvement. The insulated roof keeps the heat out, the screens are heavy duty so that even our large dog can't hurt it. Best of all, we had a small leak where the room met the existing roof and they came out until it was found and fixed. Nothing better than a company that does great work and guarantees it."
